Guidelines for Fest

1.Every student is encouraged to participate in at least one of the events. In case of participation in multiple activities make sure that the timing of one event doesn’t collide with another.

2.All participants and competitors are expected to treat others with respect and courtesy.

3.To avoid any confusion at the last moment you are requested to double-check all the details you have entered before submitting the form.

4.Due to the limited quota on a number of teams, everyone is encouraged to fill out the form as soon as possible because entry is done on a first-come, first-served basis.

5.Any form of discrimination, harassment, or bullying will not be tolerated. Any attendee found to violate the principles will be subject to disciplinary action, expulsion from the event, or other penalties as deemed appropriate by the event organizers.

6. All participants are requested to arrive at their respective event/activity location (as per itinerary) 10 minutes before the event's scheduled time for smooth commencement. Note: The teams who FAIL to do so would straight-forwardly be disqualified without any exceptions.

7. All participants are required to carry their own gear, kits, and equipment if required for their respective events.

8. All the students who wish to participate in a specific activity then he/she should fill both the Activity and Enrollment Form through the registration panel.

9. ID card is mandatory for entry to the night events. Without it, entry would not be permissible.
